An Organisational Training Needs Analysis (OTNA) is a review of learning and development needs for staff, volunteers and management board/trustees within your organisation. This can be carried out on a whole organisation or on specific departments.
It considers and evaluates the skills, knowledge and behaviours that employees need, and how to develop them effectively, to reach their full potential. It should ideally be undertaken at 3 levels: organisational, team/departmental and individual level.
Business reviews and Organisation Training Needs Analysis are an essential part of the process of preparing a training and development plan for your organisation.
With this in mind, our consultants will carry out a FREE consultation meeting to determine your individual training needs.
